Kinvara Utd 3-2 Corrib Celtic B
Kinvara got off to a flying start when our top goalscorer Adam Noone hit the back of the net on 10 minutes, assisted by Taidgh Geoghegan. Taidgh then made it 2-0 after a lovely piece of link-up play between Donal McMahon, Harry Mulleady and Mark O'Hara which resulted in Taidgh converting an excellent 25 yard strike.
Kinvara started the second half well also, with Adam popping up with a wonder goal to make it 3-0, chipping the keeper from close range, assisted by Conor Barrett.
Corrib Celtic never gave up, and got themselves back in the game with 25 minutes remaining before making it 3-2 with 15 minutes to go. Kinvara made changes however bringing on Tom Brennan and Ciaran Mellick, and worked well to see out the game and take all 3 points on the day .
